Wild Utah: America's Redrock Wilderness

COYOTE BUTTES SLICKROCK
This area is located near the Arizona border in extreme southern Utah. The slickrock is characteristic of much of the land making up America's Redrock Wilderness. In some places, it is the only formation visible for miles on end. We like to say the slickrock is the "anchor holding the proposal together."
